Senior Technical Operating Partner seeking traditional SME to modernize (Sweat Equity / Profit Share)

I am a Senior Full-stack Engineer (Python/FastAPI/Automation) with a background in Martial Arts, which drives my disciplined approach to both code and business. My Edge: I am not just a developer; I am a builder who understands the P&L. I have executed End-to-End Full Stack systems, taking projects from the initial idea and programming all the way to selling the product and acquiring the first paying clients. I understand that code is useless if it doesn't generate revenue. My Thesis: I am looking to partner with a Searcher or an Owner of a traditional service business (Logistics, B2B Services, Property Management) who sees an opportunity to expand margins through technology but lacks the technical DNA to execute it. What I bring (The "Tech Operator"): Instead of hiring an expensive agency, I enter as a partner to build your proprietary internal tech stack. • Automating manual workflows (RPA/Python). • Cleaning and structuring operational data. • Turning internal bottlenecks into scalable software assets. The Deal: I am looking to invest "Sweat Equity". I do not ask for a salary. I am looking for an Equity Vesting or Profit Share agreement based on the efficiency gains or new revenue we generate.
