Title: ServiceTitan Trainer (Pricebook Pro) — Part-time / Temp (10–15 hrs/wk)
Start: Immediately
Type: Temporary, hourly (remote preferred; occasional onsite optional)
Pay: $50/hr (flexible for high-level experience)
What you’ll do
Rapidly assess staff knowledge gaps across key workflows (CSR/dispatch/tech/admin).
Train team on ServiceTitan best practices with an emphasis on Pricebook Pro and pricebook hygiene.
Improve day-to-day execution: searchability, sold hours/material linkages, service templates, and field usability.
Create lightweight SOPs + recorded trainings so the team can self-serve after you roll off.
Hold weekly office hours + “ticket triage” to unblock the team fast.
Must-have experience
Hands-on ServiceTitan administration and end-user training (not just “used it once”).
Direct experience with Pricebook Pro (setup/maintenance, pricing insights, workflows).
