Hey all! Illinois based self funded searcher here who's trying to get all my ducks in a row before I submit my first LOI. Looking for recommendations of law and accounting firms you have used and were really happy with (and even what made the experience extra special!). 

My target companies are all Illinois HQ'd, between $500K-$1.5M EBITDA, across numerous industries if that helps.

Would love to have a short list of both that I've already spoken to before taking the next big step.
