SIG Closes Another Deal with a Searcher

Last week SIG helped another entrepreneur / searcher close a deal. The acquisition is a $1.5M EBITDA roof repair and replacement company. The searcher will keep ~70% ownership! It's a great accomplishment for the searcher - a truly "life changing" outcome.
