I founded Silent Modz, a custom gaming-controller and accessories brand with roots dating toredactedI have been starting and owning businesses since age 14. The gaming business currently operates through my existing company, Silent Mines Inc., with an ecommerce store, products, inventory, and a history of profitable sales. I work on the business full-time and plan to form a separate Silent Modz company with the right operating partner to build its next stage. I would remain Founder and President, focused on product direction, sourcing, brand, and distribution. You would take responsibility for daily management, profitable growth, hiring, customer experience, budgeting, and the systems that make a business run consistently. The strongest fit is a hands-on operator or former founder who has: • Owned a consumer-products or ecommerce P&L and improved profitability. • Built and managed a small team with clear responsibilities and accountability. • Managed customer acquisition, inventory, returns, and operating cash flow. • Turned a founder’s priorities into a practical plan and followed through. Gaming accessories or consumer-electronics experience would be valuable. I am especially interested in specific results you personally delivered and references who can speak to your work. This is a true ownership-partnership opportunity with no cash salary initially. Remote work is welcome; working in Columbus is optional. I intend to retain majority ownership of the new Silent Modz company. The proposed partner’s minority ownership would be solely in that new company; Silent Mines Inc. remains wholly mine. A capital contribution is contemplated.
