Small (<$25K per deal) syndicate investing in search fund

Hi all - curious if you have seen examples of relatively small syndicates investing in search funds. Myself and a small group of private investors are currently exploring making our first investment in the space and curious what existing models there may be to follow, how this may be perceived by searchers, etc.
