Hi, I have a client in the MSP space who is looking to expand by acquisition.
I do biz dev for his existing MSP business, and we are getting traction in the sunbelt, so his ideal scenario is to buy an MSP in the area (ideally Texas) with solid employees whose owner is looking for an exit.
He would keep employees on, and we all know the PE rollups in the space would not.
Any suggestions for how I can help him with this search?
