hi, everyone - excited to join the community here. i'm a first year MBA at Wharton who is eagerly evaluating the search fund space and looking to jump in headfirst post-grad! in the meantime...

...I've been helping a small company in socal that provides compliance and commission management software for financial institutions. mgmt is hoping to generate some liquidity. $4m of revenues in###-###-#### +% recurring revenues) and is profitable / cash generative (25%+ EBITDA margins).
