Software recommendations for next phase of growth

I'm looking to drive standardization in my company in order to facilitate the next phase of growth, which I don't think would be possible with the current tools and processes in place.

I'm specifically looking for software upgrades in accounting and supply chain (ERP and MRP). I'm honestly looking to move away from disjointed systems (spreadsheets, quickbooks, etc) and transition to tools that can integrate easily with each other. For CRM, we currently transitioned to salesforce.

Any of you have recommendations of what software to transition to for a small industrial services company trying to get to +$50M and +100 employees?

I'm a consultant and I've implemented several ERP systems for middle market sized companies. NetSuite is a great product but may or may not be cost effective depending on your current size and needs. Microsoft Business Central is a pretty good product that could come at a cheaper price. It is possible to stay on QuickBooks and utilized some pre-built integrations to connect to other SaaS products like SalesForce. I've even seen on client stay on QuickBooks until they surpassed $200+ million in annual revenue

On accounting side - the standard ones I've seen in being part of growth stage customers are Quickbooks Online, Xero, and Netsuite (once got larger) which all have Salesforce integrations. In SaaS companies, I've used SaaS optics for billing and revenue management and Ordway Labs is another competitor of theirs.
