Solar O&M operators here?

I run a pool service roll-up in California and have a contact who's actively exploring acquisitions in the solar panel O&M space. Has anyone here evaluated solar O&M businesses during their search? Looking to connect with people who have experience in the space, whether operators, searchers who've done diligence, or anyone who's seen deal flow in that vertical.
