sole sponsors/EIR programs for online biz?

are there any sole sponsors or EIR programs that support online business acquisitions? ie saas, e-comm etc.

In my personal experience, i've found traditional searchers due to parading a deal around to many different investors, take a much longer time and have a higher failure rate than those who are funded by a single investor group. please let me know if you have any comments regarding my opinion as well.
