Hi all! I’m Tony, I’m new to Searchfunder. I’m also a solo, self-funded searcher actively working toward acquiring a profitable small business. My background is in strategy and operations, where I’ve spent 15+ years building teams, improving unit economics, and scaling processes in complex environments. I’m pursuing search independently with the goal of long-term ownership and hands-on leadership post-acquisition. I’m looking to connect with other active searchers, self-funded or traditional, who want to form a small accountability group.
