Sourcing off-market Deals using LinkedIn

If you're tired of brokers and not having any luck getting the deal you want, you may want to try going off-market... specifically on LinkedIn.

I've sourced 2 deals using LinkedIn in the last 2 weeks with motivated owners.

I did it using the strategy below if anyone else is interested:

My colleague is part of that program and said it was very valuable and quite different than the search fund model. Rather than putting together a specific deal type / criteria, raising funds, dealing with intermediaries and trying to find that particular deal etc they teach you how to cast a big net of inbound leads with a focus on building trust and rapport with motivated sellers and using one of the 15 different zero cash upfront deal strategies they teach which through the structure, solves the problems of the seller. Than you fix or add value to the business and sell it for 6 or 7-figures. The targets are all owner-operated in the $1M to $10M revenue range.

Stacey I have been curious about the Harbour club as I was part of another zero out of pocket group, although I have found that it isn't as easy as it sounds. I would definitely appreciate learning more!
