Came across the PrivSource banner ad on here in early January. Anyone sourcing via intermediaries or non-proprietary outreach will benefit from the amount of time the platform saves you during the week. The sell-side reps I've dealt with (bankers/brokers/advisors) have all produced quality materials and there hasn't been one instance 'haggling' for basic data: 2020 numbers, concentration info, etc.

Privsource was inspired by Interexo. You can check out the original at www.interexo.com or its running mate www.x5deals.com . Interexo is in works to add many useful tools for Searchers for free to the site.

I used a combination of excel (met NDA hurdle) and then Pipedrive as a deal if the CIM was attractive enough to continue. I agree that tracking should be simple and meaningful. I only tracked deals that met my criteria.
