Our client operates a secure digital platform for families raising children with disabilities, neurodivergence, chronic medical conditions and complex educational needs. Families use it to organize medical records, evaluations, individualized education plans, therapy reports and appointments in one place, to track goals and daily routines, and to find vetted providers. It is delivered as a mobile application and a full web experience, is free to families, and earns its revenue from the professional side of the ecosystem. The company was founded by two women, one of whom built the product out of her own experience navigating a child's diagnoses through the healthcare and education systems and finding the paperwork spread across binders and boxes throughout her home. That origin is not incidental. The workflows were designed around what families actually do rather than around a generic care-management model, and they were refined through continuous contact with the families and providers using them. Revenue comes from two established channels. Providers, therapists, educational specialists and advocacy organizations pay an annual membership to appear in the directory that families search. Corporate sponsors and strategic partners support the platform in exchange for exposure through the application, newsletters and community initiatives. The company reached its first revenue year in 2025, has secured repeat sponsorship from a returning partner, and has built a provider directory alongside a user base of well over one thousand families won almost entirely through organic outreach rather than paid advertising. The technology is modern and inexpensive to run: React on the web, React Native on mobile, a Node.js backend over a production-grade database, hosted on major cloud infrastructure. Sensitive data is encrypted in transit and at rest, access is restricted by role, and the platform was designed to support the handling of protected health information. Routine maintenance has averaged roughly one hour of development work per month, and the established development team remains available to a buyer under separately negotiated terms. Private community forums for parents and providers are in use today, and a community calendar and a marketplace layer are under development. The platform's largest competitor is not another product but the improvised system families already use, made of social media groups, paper binders, spreadsheets and recommendations from other parents. Growth from here is commercial rather than technical, because the platform, the brand, the provider network and the user community already exist. The clearest paths are a structured marketing program, outbound sales to expand the directory nationally, activation of the features already built, and partnerships with school districts, pediatric healthcare systems, therapy networks, insurers and employers offering family benefits. Those channels remain almost entirely unexplored. The asking price reflects what has been built rather than what present cash flow shows, and a buyer applying a multiple to current revenue will reach the wrong conclusion here. The development investment is complete and paid for, and the platform is live, secure and in production today. What remains is commercial: it has never had a marketing budget, an outbound sales function, or an institutional channel. What a buyer acquires is the technology, the brand, the provider network and the family community, and the owners will consider the best offer presented on that basis. Confidentiality is a concern while the right buyer is identified, so the specific city, exact ZIP and name of the business are shared only after a prospective buyer signs an NDA and is vetted. The location and ZIP shown above reflect the broader market area rather than the operating location. NDA is required to secure a comprehensive Confidential Information Memorandum (CIM) crafted by ProNova Partners. Detailed Information Facilities: The business operates entirely remotely. There is no real estate, no lease, no office and no physical facility of any kind. All operations run on cloud infrastructure and no premises transfer with the sale. Competition: A small number of organizations serve families managing disabilities, neurodivergence and complex medical needs, but nearly all of them address one portion of the journey rather than the whole of it, whether care coordination, educational content, a national resource-navigation directory or diagnosis-specific support. Some are regionally limited. Most competitors are larger, better funded and better known, and several have raised substantial venture capital. The company competes on breadth rather than scale, bringing organization, secure document management, provider discovery and community together in one purpose-built environment, and on a free-to-families model that removes the principal barrier to adoption while monetizing the professional side of the ecosystem. Growth & Expansion: Structured digital marketing to accelerate family adoption, a dedicated outbound sales process to expand the provider directory nationally, activation of the community forum, calendar and marketplace features already developed, growth of corporate sponsorship and strategic partnerships, and expansion into institutional channels including school districts, pediatric healthcare systems, therapy and provider networks, insurers, employers offering family benefits, government and public health agencies, and disability-focused nonprofits. An influencer and community ambassador program is a natural fit in a market where families rely heavily on recommendations from other families. Financing: TBD if structure and terms are acceptable. Support & Training: The owners will provide four weeks of transition support at ten hours per week following closing. The established outsourced development team that built and maintains the platform remains available to a buyer for transition assistance, ongoing support or future development under separately negotiated terms. Both owners are committed to a smooth transfer and will provide the assistance reasonably necessary to maintain continuity during the transition period. Reason for Selling: Owners seek a buyer with the resources to scale the platform nationally.
