Looking to connect with a few lenders with experience in internet, media, IT consulting and SaaS deals. Would be able to handle a range of transaction sizes from $1M to $50M+. Any recommendations?

Phantom Stock is a non=qualified deferred compensation plan. This type of deferred compensation is under an employee agreement with the employee and as the employer you have the ability to define what the qualifiers are, the triggering events, the comp plan itself, the time frame and any other qualifiers or restrictions you want in the plan. The plan literally has no cost until the triggering events happen. Great way to align the goals and objectives of the key employee with your own goals and objectives.
