Specialty Distribution at a price you probably won't like :)

I'm close to finalizing the first two acquisitions of distribution business with retail and wholesale exposure. I'm a veteran of the industry and have high hopes I'm partnering with the right people to build a network of businesses that can be enduringly strong. The multiples are not friendly for most P.E. style investors (using EBITDA multiples). They simply trade at the FMV of the assets and it is an asset (inventory) intense business. I think an investment here can be wonderfully rewarding and the downside risk is mitigated by the fact that the main supplier will buy everything back at catalog price. It's not a deal for most the investors on here, but if you're interested in discussing an equity or debt investment, then I'm happy to chat!
