Project Fabric is a 20 year old fabric supplier located in North Carolina, the heart of the US textile industry. After importing fabric from Turkey & India, the company sells to manufacturers, distributors, and the hospitality industry.   I’m currently raising $800k in minority equity for 25% of the business and a 12% pref rate.  The business is a consistent performer and with only a modest 5% YOY growth rate, investors can expect an IRR of 30-35% with a 3-3.5x MOIC.
