We own and operate few assisted living and memory care facilities in Northern California. Would love to start a group with likeminded folks to brainstorm and share ideas on how to identify and execute new solutions and services for our seniors. Would also like to help new searches get off the ground. Potentially expand to include - How to avoid expensive mistakes and improve efficiency among other topics

We are based in California. Idea was to share ideas on how to serve ethically the most venerable population. What are the avoidable pitfalls for both new and seasoned searchers. What are the latest tools and technologies out there to keep our seniors safe as well as improve efficiency and reduce cost. Thanks ^redacted‌ for the tag. I am interested. I have financed SNFs and ALFs all over the country through the FHA/HUD Lean program. The best financing source for long term debt. I am now working on strategies to reduce operating costs by through energy/demand improvements.
