Hi Brendan, I have been involved in buy-side and sell-side deals in the vineyard industry in Eastern Canada. I found it challenging to find local private capital to finance those deals - it takes very passionate individuals or family offices. I also tried to bring European investors in the mix but the distance made it difficult.
