Hey Jim awesome I relate really close to your story here. I just exited my other business (with partners) and am now full time searching (looking to buy a business where I am 100% the owner). My advice read a few books, listen to a few podcasts, read up a bunch on searchfunder, build up your network of lenders, private investors, dd companies, attorneys, mentors, brokers, etc and then go do it and take massive imperfect action. learn from your mistakes and improve. focus on your why build up your patience and emotional intelligence and support network and dust yourself off and get back at it.

Highly recommend taking @^redacted‌ up on his offer! I'm in a similar boat to you ^redacted‌ and had a great chat with Frankie yesterday. He provided invaluable advice.

Once both of us get a bit further down our own search paths, we should also connect to learn what we can from each other!
