My husband and I are starting a search fun, I am in financial DD and he is an MBB consultant. We have raised about $500k in capital and would like to buy a business between $1-2M EBITDA. We’ve looked at bizbuysell and loopnet, where else should we look for available companies for sale? We’ve been told this is a long process has anyone had success in identifying and acquiring a company in under a year? I feel like now with many boomers retiring there will be a surge in deal flow.
