My name is Spencer and I just wanted to briefly introduce myself. I am currently pursuing a PhD at Penn State University studying Real Estate and Finance, where I research CAPEX in commercial real estate, CMBS default risk, and Opportunity Zones. I have degrees in Supply Chain and Economics from Brigham Young University.

I am looking to transition out of academia and acquire an SMB. Right now I am agnostic towards industry but have some location preferences since I have a wife and 3 small kids.
