What You’ll Own: Build and maintain pro formas across multiple industries and verticals Own deal structuring (debt/equity, waterfalls, GP/LP splits) Forecast cash flow, returns, and strategic capital needs Support capital raise strategy and investor materials Coordinate with outside bookkeeping/accounting firms — you won’t be doing books, but you’ll need to manage them What We’re Looking For 8–15 years of finance experience (real estate private equity, investment banking, FP&A, or operating company M&A preferred) Deep fluency in modeling, IRR/MOIC, ownership structuring, and return analysis Strong communicator — clear, sharp, can explain numbers and structures simply Entrepreneurial drive — you’re proactive, creative, and know how to move without a full playbook Must be U.S.-based and comfortable working remotely with high autonomy Compensation Initial 90-day trial: contractor) Full-time conversion (post-trial): Profit Sharing in deals and portfolio companies.
