For those of you with at least one profitable business thinking about partnerships or acquisitions in 2026: I just got back from the Harbour Club M&A Awards in London and spent a good deal of time discussing the pros & cons of partnerships with other members. The irony is most people network constantly and still structure terrible partnerships that either go nowhere or introduce more risk than reward. Over the years (and across dozens of transactions), I’ve seen the same patterns: – Partnerships that should’ve been acquisitions – Acquisitions that should’ve been JVs – And growth opportunities killed by bad structure So, I’m opening a limited number of Strategic Partnership & Deal Access Sprints in January. Focus is on identifying and structuring partnerships or deals that materially accelerate growth without adding unnecessary complexity. This is paid, private, and execution-oriented.
