How do you handle stress and anxiety post searching? Being able to paint your own picture is amazing but this road is a lot harder than I ever imagined. Do you all find it worth it or would you rather have stayed in a job?

Some personal thoughts, take what’s helpful and ignore the rest: -Some of us are built for the ups and down, as they are heightened when the impact of the failure looms large.
-you signed up for this, get your ass into gear and force yourself to make it happen. You can’t quit, sorry.
-found out I wasn’t alone when I met genuine friends through an entrepreneur network. can share your most brutal ups and downs helped me weather the storms and get fresh perspective. -successful people still have problems unfortunately (sad day that was)
-there’s usually a way out of a bad situation. Your ability to navigate rough waters over long periods of time is really all that matters. Long game > short game.
-talking to a therapist helped, I found many of my issues were self posed (having an impossibly high bar for myself but not holding others to the same standard)
-find meaning in your journey. I could never figure this one out as I was always focused on the outcome.
-take a personality test, understand how you are wired and do things proactively to help you do better for yourself personally and in your biz

Did you acquire a company? Leading a business can be very difficult and very lonely. Having founded and led two companies, I think learning how to carry the burden without getting crushed is a deeply personal experience and the solutions will differ based on the person. For me, I've found that having a capable business partner to lean on, and one who is more excited about the day-to-day operational leadership of the business than me, takes a huge weight off my shoulders. For you the answer may be different and you may need to suffer through a bit to figure it out. But certainly getting in community with other business owners through a peer or roundtable group and asking these questions could help!
