Stroke of the pen risk

Texas just repealed its state-level HUB program. While I am sure it will result in a lengthy court battle, it should be taken as a reminder of the importance of understanding “stroke-of-the-pen” risk exposure that an acquisition may have. redacted

This is a huge deal as the number of VetHUB businesses will be less than 500 and currently there are over 16,000 HUB-certified businesses in Texas alone.
