Succession Matching - Has anyone used this online site?

I ran across Succession Matching, an online site for matching business owners with buyers. They claim to vet both sellers and buyers and do not charge a commission fee. Instead, they charge (at least buyers) a flat annual rate to be a part of the community. Has anyone used their platform? Found it helpful or worthwhile? I believe they've had a large presence in Canada and are now looking to expand from there.

I took a look as well and wasn't able to find any listings or leads. Also wasn't quite sure what to do with the site once I made an account and logged in.

From my understanding, you only get to see listings once you have a paid membership. Haven't used it myself.
