About 6 months ago I was inundated with engagement requests and found myself referring out more business (and revenue) than I liked to. I was also constantly being asked, "can your software get me off-market leads?" So I decided to really go after it. I (with the help of a few sharp guys) hit the drawing board and mapped out every aspect of our search process. From the data collection, to contact enrichment, to sparking interest among business owners who had not even considered selling, to earning the trust of those who were drowning in buyer solicitations, educating them, qualifying them against buyer mandates, and ultimately getting them to a point where we could confidently say they were diligence-ready and introducing them to our clients. Then we started building the agents for each individual task. It was brutal. Training AI on this much nuance; testing, iterating, retesting, reiterating, over and over, is not for the weak. That's why I'm extremely proud to say that we have finally completed the beta version of our Agentic Off-Market Sourcing product. And here's the part I'm proudest of...we're running this system internally, right now, to source true off-market leads for our own clients. It's the same engine we run our book on. We're betting our own deal flow on it, and using every piece of client feedback to sharpen it. I'm hoping to get more of that feedback from this community.
