Summer 2025 Private Equity Internship – Hands-On Experience (Unpaid)

Vertex Growth Partners is a traditional search fund focused on identifying, acquiring, and operating a private U.S.-based industrial business with $10-30 million in enterprise value. Interns will support sourcing efforts, conduct industry research, and assist in company diligence. Key Learning & Development Opportunities: - Build financial models, including leveraged buyout (LBO) analyses - Gain exposure to industrial markets and investment theses - Engage directly with internal partners, M&A advisors, and business owners - Learn the tools used to source, evaluate, and manage PE deals - Participate in regular team meetings to pitch and assess live opportunities Additional Details: - Minimum commitment: 15/hours per week (full-time preferred) - Flexible start date (immediate availability preferred) - Remote role - Unpaid position - School credit support available, if applicable This is a unique opportunity for candidates interested in Investment Banking (IB), Private Equity (PE), and Entrepreneurship-Through-Acquisition (ETA).
