Vertex Growth Partners is a traditional search fund focused on identifying, acquiring, and operating a private U.S.-based industrial business with $10-30 million in enterprise value. We are backed by a group of experienced investors, entrepreneurs, and business owners. https://www.vertexgrowthpartners.com/ We are seeking high-caliber intern candidates (MBA or undergrad) for Summer 2025 to contribute to and gain experience across the deal cycle. Interns will support sourcing efforts, conduct industry research, and assist in company diligence. Key Learning & Development Opportunities: - Build financial models, including leveraged buyout (LBO) analyses - Gain exposure to industrial markets and investment theses - Engage directly with internal partners, M&A advisors, and business owners - Learn the tools used to source, evaluate, and manage PE deals - Participate in regular team meetings to pitch and assess live opportunities Additional Details: - Minimum commitment: 15/hours per week (full-time preferred) - Flexible start date (immediate availability preferred) - Remote role - Unpaid position - School credit support available, if applicable This is a unique opportunity for candidates interested in Investment Banking (IB), Private Equity (PE), and Entrepreneurship-Through-Acquisition (ETA).
