Do you hate parking tickets? Love them (pls say no!). Seeking summer intern to help drive search fund target acquisition process. Target companies are small, legacy parking ticket management and payment companies serving small cities and municipalities. Responsibilities include: - Assemble database of existing parking ticket management players - Deep dive profiles on leading acquisition targets - Diligence meetings with targets - Working with GP/founder to raise capital for acquisition About Me/Founder: - I run a profitable business in the same space and looking to grow through acquisition - Former partner at established venture fund - Successful angel investor (20+ deals) with 10x MOIC lifetime - Columbia undergrad / Wharton MBA, ex-product manager at Meta
