SUPER Niche Home Decor Business

They are consistently doing ~$2M in Revenue and ~$400K-$500K in EBITDA. I just went under LOI, and I would greatly appreciate insight from: 1.) Anyone with experience in the home decor space; and/or, 2.) Anyone with experience evaluating very niche businesses/industries.
