Thanks Luke for the tag as always -- A while back I looked closely at a few opps in this segment in the Southern California market, but concluded the labor variable risk to be way to excessive for my appetite. It is interesting to look at this particular valuation when compared to other pool service routes out there available---eg https://poolroutesales.com/regions/s-california/
