Hi! I'm a new searcher looking to launch during the spring. I'm trying to evaluate what kinds of resources searchers use on a day to day basis. Is there a comprehensive list (for both the search process as well as any playbooks / tools on running companies) that most people look at?

It is very helpful to have a database search tool (ie: zoominfo, grata, sourcescrub). If you go in with a few searchers they might be more economical. These tools let you search by industry, geography, funding source etc and provide you with emails for outreach.


You can pair this with a marketing tool to send automatic email campaigns (reply.io is very affordable)
