Tax advisor recommendations to help with 338(h) reorg

Hi Searchers,

I’m looking for tax advisor recommendations to help with eligibility review, tax diligence and execution of 338(h) reorg for an active deal. This is a small deal with <$1M in SDE in home services space. So any recommendations with experienced advisors for this deal size and industry will be appreciated.
