Tax Attorney Familiar with CA Nexus

I run an MCA funder that is based out of California. We raise preferred equity from our investors that is loaned to the funder to fund businesses with, the funder then pays back the interest to the fund. We are working to solve for the CA nexus component here as we believe there is a way to structurally do this. Anyone deal with this in the past or have someone they recommend connecting with?
