Tax counsel recommendations for transaction

We have current counsel but have run into a wrinkle with the need for a tax attorney to advise on how to approach a 338h election where the target entity is currently an S-Corp. We want to get the step-up basis from the asset sale but double taxation with a C-Corp is a none-starter.

Any good tax attorneys that people can recommend that would be willing to engage as part of the legal team?
