Tech DD Provider

If anyone is looking at a software business and needs a tech dd partner, my friend who I've known for 20 yrs and who runs a large dev shop is now getting into this business and doing these evaluations much cheaper than market rates (plus he is personally involved) for the next 3-5 projects. Let me know if you wan an intro. I don't get a kick back or anything, just think it's unique to get a high quality product cheap and wanted to share!
