Telehealth Investing

Whether early stage or mature companies, are folks generally investing in telehealth platforms? What are the multiples you are generally seeing, whether revenue or earnings? Thoughts on end vertical / treatment diversification? Thanks.

I do not know the current multiples but I would closely watch budget discussions regarding telehealth regulatory and reimbursement changes. The current CMS telehealth flexibility and reimbursement policies were only extended through 3/31/2025. There is bi-partisan support but a longer extension will likely be tied to a budget deal and there is a small risk it doesn't get extended.

This is also an example of stroke-the-pen risk in telehealth because CMS reimbursement relatively new but the value proposition is high which would support continued adoption.
