Texas based search fund

Y’all Street Capital Partners is a highly experienced team with expertise in M&A, investment banking and turnarounds. Collectively we have conducted 20 M&A transactions and 12 turnarounds. We have started a search fund with a focus on manufacturing, energy, and distribution/co-packing following the Stanford model.

This is the first step in a three phase strategy:  Search fund: multiple acquisitions, reverse PE model, aided by Velvet AI.  Venture studio: build complementary businesses, vertical and horizontal integrations.  Reverse PE fund: research corporate intentions using Velvet AI, develop or invest in technology companies to fill these needs.
