Texas Medical Practice Physician Ownership Requirement

Do any lawyers or searchers have experience with evaluating medical practices in Texas? I'm not a physician, but have HC experience and could contemplate evaluating physician practices; however, I'm not very familiar with the technicalities around the physician ownership requirements in the state.
