The State of Capital

I'm approaching at least one, if not two deals under LOI, perhaps before the end of this week. I'm curious about the state of dry powder in current conditions. I can imagine a flight out of public markets and into private investments but I don't really know if that's true. • For those speaking with investors, what's it feeling like? • For those looking to deploy capital, what has changed in your approach or methodology? As I've previously posted (https://searchfunder.com/article/viewarticle/52399), my personal financial situation has degraded significantly as consulting work has been difficult to come by and I've been funding my search through savings. I have a network of previous investors and relationships I've been developing for prospective capital. I'm curious whether I should start courting additional investors now, since a deal seems likely to be getting closer.
