Thoughts on Accelerators/Cohorts for Business Buying?

Curious is anyone has gone through any that they would highly suggest, that disappointed them greatly and/or anything in between?  I am still in the search phase and while I have ran companies for years and years, ETA is very new to me and I am wondering if any of them are worth the approx 10K (or more) price of admission and interested in hearing the experience of others, if open to sharing.  Thanks!

Acquisition Lab is the one I went through. There is also Codie Sanchez's program, and Roland Frasier's EPIC Accelerator, that I know of, although I can't attest to what's on the inside
