Be careful. Staffing companies can be hard hit if the industries being serviced start to soften. Make sure you’re comfortable with the underlying industry’s risks. And know what part of the cycle that industry is in and if putting lots of leverage on it for an acquisition makes sense. Check customer concentration.

Staffing firm for production workers, for lift operators, for architects, for IT, for executives (finance, CEO, IT), etc. You should be comfortable with the industry the firm is serving.
There are many other factors. I am a M&A Intermediary. Have seen few staffing firms. Each required a different type of buyer,
