Thoughts on broker businesses?

RFPs for industrial supplies from large scale buyers, import/export, etc. I’ve been seeing a few that do very well, but it’s very tied up in the owners relationships. Not a ton of hard sellable assets, most seem hard to scale. Anyone have experience with these or a POV for how to approach?
