Agree with Jackie. Patrick, my Dad is a chiro, and had a very large practice including physical therapy and an MD on staff in Nashville in the 90's. Happy to connect you two for questions, etc. But geo plays a huge role. Small market = smaller practice. (He learned that when we moved to Maine) And can share some thoughts on building relationships with workers comp/big employers to try to help drive traffic. But at a larger scale, think about operational leverage... if the doc/staff is not treating someone (and billing insurance) then the practice isn't earning. They can be amazing businesses, but they will only go so far. And insurance is really not favorable to chiro, though it is effective, because the medical establishment wants to keep patient volume and treatment within the hospital system to maximize their billings... Hospital systems and primary care docs, that are usually now tied to hospitals systems to route patient "flow", can influence a lot...

We have sold a few of these and we are selling a pair of chiropractic clinics now. It all depends upon the way the clinic is set up and how dependent it is on the main professional and the depth of their team. It can be great cash flow. Physical location of the practice matters. I hope that helps.
