Thoughts on our service offering we're calling "QoE Challenge"?

Last year, we noticed that 48% of our buy-side clients walked away from deals after diligence began when there was no sell-side QoE. When the buyer’s QoE was the only analytical reference, sellers had no way to push back against anything at the negotiation table.
A QoE Challenge is our solution to this problem. How it works is that our team will review the buy-side QoE directly and look for assumptions that were made to shape reported earnings. This lets sellers and their advisors engage with the same document the buyer is using.
I'm interested to hear thoughts/criticisms of this idea. I'll share the link for the full article in the comments. And I'll post my favorite Bill Belichick GIF below that seems pretty relevant.
