Thoughts on Walker Deibel's Investments

I'm interested in any anonymous feedback on Walker Deibel's pizza by the slice investments. I have quite a bit of respect for Walker publicizing the Buy then Build framework and making ETA more accessible. I'm curious if anyone has dug into the investments he is promoting (to accredited investors) and if they invested or if not, why not.
