Tile Distribution

Anyone have experience dealing with a Tile importer/distributor business? What is a reasonable EBITDA multiple when EBITDA is ~$800k?

Would love to connect with someone with experience in this space.

I have 37 years in the construction industry. Your limit is your cost of money. You need a good DSCR, money costs 11%+ these days, so take 50% of the earnings, use it as your debt payment, then calculate how much debt that will support. In rough numbers it will be about 3-4x EBITDA. Ideally you want to pay 2-3x earnings. I would be happy to discuss further if you want. Sven
