Tips for Upwork email scraping

Hello Searchfunder community!

I'm currently using Grata for listbuilding and supplementing it with an Upwork resource to scrape for emails that are missing from the Grata export. The Upwork resource I'm using varies in effectiveness. Sometimes he's able to find 80% of the missing emails, sometimes only 10%. I'd like to get that number to consistently over 50%.

Does anybody have recommendations in either a) a specific Upwork resource/contact they've found effective, or b) a technology solution that could replace the human element I'm currently using?

Note: I'm partial to Upwork because it's likely cheaper than another software service, but I'm open to any suggestions.

Thanks!

I started using Apollo.io to find people, contact info, and set up outreach campaigns. My first round is to accountants, as it's easy to pull the active firms from our state licensing board, and then look up websites. With firm names and websites, I can upload that to Apollo to do the rest. I just sent my first email / sequence yesterday, so can't yet report out on effectiveness. Happy to connect offline and share as I go. I am planning to use Apollo to identify wealth managers as well. If/when I get to direct business owner outreach, I'm not sure how effective it will be.

As such, very interested to hear of anyone else has used Apollo or similar platform?

I can help you with the same Scott, however our services might not be cheap but would be worth it upon the final output.

Have worked within Grata as well for one searcher, have built lists of in market deals and also off market deals as well.

Send an email at redacted and we can decide a time to speak.
